Cheesy Fluffy Jacket Potato


1 Baking Potato

70g Amazing Mature Cheddar

15g Butter

1 Spring Onion

Pinch of Ground black pepper



Bake potato in the oven until soft and allow to cool a little.

Cut potato in half and scoop inside into a mixing bowl leaving sufficient ‘shell’ to ensure potato holds together.

Mix potato filling with cheese, butter, spring onion and black pepper.

Refill the two potato halves with the mixture.

Place under a hot grill to lightly brown the top.
